Quality Inn and Conference Center Greeley Downtown

Breakfast good. Room was nice and the people at the desk were great. Quite hotel and pet friendly. Good location to Where I need to go each day. Better place to walk dogs. Refrigerator that doesn't freeze your food. Hotel it's self could be a little cleaner.

The room was cleaned once, 6 days into an 8 day stay. The bathroom floor had mold in the corners. The "hangers" in the closet were broken. The walls were caulked but not painted where they were damaged. The floor tiles were cracked and broken The dog poop on the sidewalk was ignored. The "breakfast" had no protein available other than milk or tiny yogurts. A bowl of apples or pears were the only fresh items. There was some sort of construction or party or something in the room above one night from 11:30pm until 6:00 a.m. The front desk said that they "would take care of it" at 1:00a.m. One of the few times the front desk was staffed, but it was a waste of air to talk to them. The pool had something floating on top of it until the next to last day of our stay. The parking lot was dark and the spacing very narrow . The card keys did not work properly and had to be replaced every other day. It was a horrible place, and what we paid Hotels.com was almost twice the regular room rate. Hotels.com did contact us sometime in the first few days. It was a one star rating, but they just asked about the breakfast, and nothing more until the booking expired. It was a terrible experience at the property, and I will never trust booking through Hotels.com again.

The lady at the desk on Friday am was exceptional. The night lady was irritated that I had to come down 2times for a remote finally the 3rd time got one to work. We were told the pool was closed the first day but would be open fri so we stayed a 2nd night only to be told nope closed again.very frustrating!!

Convenient Could used vacuumed in the hallways often

The staff was absolutely amazing. Breakfast every Morning!..we ran late 1 morning. It was 10 minutes before breakfast closed. The container of juice was out and the very sweet staff member ran in the back to get my son juice. Another kiddo was hoping for pancake mix, which had also just run out. (It was a busy week..parking lot was full) That same lady went to make more pancake batter for that kiddo. The staff member was delightful with us and our children. Thoughful..sweet. helpful!! We needed more blankets the night before ans the man and the desk very kindly handed us some. Great staff!! Room was clean. There was an iron and Irnoning board! I really needed that! Crisp white sheets and towls!! Nice pool!! Quiet times obeyed! Parking was easy. Close to food. Cute quiet lil town! The only thing I can think of is, When you first walk in, I understand it is an old hotel, maybe the carpets in the hall are just older and hard to give it that clean look. I was not sure at first. My room was clean, so maybe it is just older carpets in the hall. Maybe try to give those hall carpets another good cleaning soon. Other than that..Happy with the cleanliness of my room and the staff that made themselves available.

Room was not clean, hallways were filthy. Toilet would not flush and overflowed.

The staff was great; however, the property was not clean. We had trouble falling asleep because people were talking and running down the halls at 1- 2 a.m. On top of that, people were walking outside on the street with their boom box on at 4am. Not to mention the trains going by almost every hour of the night. Not the best experience.

We weren't able to have breakfast there because they didn't start serving until 7 on the weekends and we needed to be on the road before 7.

We had high hopes but our room was disgusting. The floor was sticky and the bedding was most definitely not clean. It ruined the whole time for me. It looked like boogers all over on the sheets.

Bed was comfy and staff was very nice Our rooms bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned. Used tissues on the counter and unflushed urine in the toilet. Room looked like it was in the middle of being remodeled

The Quality Inn was a nice place to stay for my first visit to Greeley Colorado. The staff was amazing!!!!. The breakfast was ok. Nothing to brag about. It was clean, cool and comfortable. I enjoy my stay

Good

Toilet running. Poorly cleaned in hallways and Lobby. Poorly insulated. Room above us was moving furniture. Poor water pressure.

We stayed here about 10 years ago and it has definitely gone down in all categories. It is run down. When we checked out there was absolutely no one at the counter. I waited for about 20 minutes and wound up just leaving the room keys.

Great location and pool, but the hotel itself could use a little TLC.
