Receptionist at check in was delightful and friendly. The room as always was clean, comfortable, and felt very dafe. Breakfast: The avocado toast was all sprouts and very little avocado. Disappointing.

We had to wait 2 additional hours after asking for an early check in and were told it would be available at 2:30. After that time passed it ended up taking an additional 1 1/2 hrs to get into a room that was close to the elevator, do to my wife being handicapped. It took my wife complaining to the front desk that finally got the manager involved and we got our room around 4. Which made us late to an event we were there for and had food for. The bathroom in the room is very slippery after a shower and I would consider a slippery and unsafe floor. We also noticed another family have similar issues getting a room. Im not sure how they clean the rooms , but maybe something needs to change a we watched large groups of people get into there rooms as we waited and were last on there list. Do I need punctuation in the leadership?

Everything was very clean. The restaurant was good and the decorations were creative and cute.

The hotel lobby and staff were very welcoming. The rooms extremely clean and beds comfortable. Meeker’s restaurant was delicious!

This is a beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. I would highly recommend this location.

Reserved an ADA accessible room. Arrived 30 minutes past check-in and was told the room was not available. I was asked to wait. waited 40 minutes. During that time, more than 10 other customers were given a room. I believe Hilton is in non-compliance with ADA guidelines for accessibility. I was told the room was given to a football team group the previous night and they were given a late check out. This was the reason our room was not ready. Hilton appears to be in violation of ADA compliance and I will be filing a formal complaint with both Hilton Hotels and possibly the ADA / DOJ if this situation is not resolved by Hilton Hotels.

Had a wonderful night stay at the DoubleTree at Greeley. I’d recommend staying here to anyone looking for a hotel with clean, comfortable vibes.
