Great Needed bedding

Night desk staff was great! 3 night stay and never had the room serviced. Bed was awful- I slept in a hole. Definitely a new mattress is needed. Breakfast was generally good- hoping for some fresh fruit other than a bowl of apples. Stupid blinking light from smoke detector kept me from sleeping- seems to be a Marriott thing to make those blink all the time.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and there was plenty to choose from. Staff was helpful.

Quiet location. We came in late after a concert at nearby Redrocks ans slept in the next morning so dud not get to eat the breakfast. It was a very nice place to stay. The only negative was the bottom of the toilet near the floor had 'something' on it and was gross. Otherwise, it was great.

The location was great! Convenient to the highways and very close to Golden downtown. Also the staff were very pleasant and the rooms very clean!

Nice location beds were comfortable! The pillows were so so bad I forgot mine big regret! Also our room had a hide a bed and there was cereal under it when we pulled it out so you could tell that didn’t get cleaned!

Having often stayed in Residence Inns elsewhere, this one was disappointing. The room was smaller than normal, the bedding very worn. The kitchen had a less than optimal amount of glasses and silverware. The staff was attentive to my requests. This hotel is close to Red Rocks but I will stay elsewhere next time.

I stayed here with my 2 daughters and the area felt nice and safe. It was close to the Red Rock amphitheater. Breakfast buffet was above average, we all loved it. The sofa had some stains. The walls in the room and halls could use a paint touch up. The lighting in the room was not great, kind of dark. Sink lighting was super yellow (bring a travel mirror for makeup application).

Perfect location for our stay, as we attended concert at red rock amphitheatre. All amenities were great, wonderful morning spread for continental breakfast was provided.

Kelli at the front desk really came through and blessed our family and stay. We needed some special accommodations because we were staying at the hotel due to my daughter’s wedding. I’m very thankful and sincerely appreciative!

Exceptional

Bathroom was not clean stains all around the toilet and in the shower. At check in had asked if we would get our room cleaned daily and was told we would, but that didn’t happen. When we arrived room was not ready, so she took our phone number and stated she would call us,but that never happened. Asked to get my Marriott points and they couldn’t do that.

Can’t speak to the amenities because we did not use any but the hotel room was very nice and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
