Good layout room with lots of space. Staff very helpful at front desk and cleaning staff did a great job.

We were there for a pre-planned overnite stay. My son and his girlfriend went to a concert at Red Rocks (which was a very short drive from there) my daughter who is 11 and I stayed at the hotel and used the pool and hot tub. It was clean and there were plenty of towels in the pool area. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff was awesome and courteous. The breakfast was complimentary and very good including hot breakfast items, pastry, cereal,hot and cold. COFFEE, tea and juice. I live here in Colorado and will use this hotel again for future concert stay or local site seeing. Whether just passing thru, or actually going to stay a bit, with a lot of options in the area I was glad I chose this one. Good experience and money well spent. P.S. I travel a lot.. so have some experience.

Room was in great shape and breakfast was delicious.

Every time I went down. I was met with a smile. A hello. Random checks to see if everything was going well during my visit. I can confidently say I didn't have any issues. Or if I did. They were over shadowed. I'm sure should there have been one. It'd have been fixed most efficiently.

The bathroom door was a struggle to close and lock 327.

Drain needs unclogging.

This hotel needs a major renovation. You can tell that once upon a time, it was nice. But now, for example the ceiling in our 2nd floor room was falling down!

The stay was fine, however the place is showing its age. Wonky bathroom faucet, window shade didn't want to go down all of the way, that sort of thing.

I booked a king size bed thru you. When I checked in to the hotel they said they had no king size available. I said I booked online and that’s what I paid for. The hotel said that was not their fault and I should take it up with Expedia????? What is it that you will do about this and how does this happen?

Breakfast is legit! Clean rooms with basic needs and free hot breakfast was perfect for our travel needs! Even had to go options and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon.

Needs updated, not enough good lighting in the rooms, not enough phone chargers, bed not comfortable

Security lax as back door key entry no working anyone could walk in

This hotel is fantastic! Staff is extremely courteous and the facility is clean and well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
