Would stay here again

Everything was great

While the property was pretty run down, our stay was fine. Our first room had air-conditioning problems so we were moved to another promptly. The staff was wonderful. The only other thing I would say was concerning was that we say a couple roaches.

Exceptional

Clean, good breakfast, very friendly staff, comfy room. 10 out of 10

I would stay here again and i definitely recommend them, for the price and for how many folks was with us. Everything was good!!

Not too clean, it literally smelled like mildew, wet dog, old trash by the elevator. Pool area was clean. Found toe nails clippings in our bed and requested room change. Laundry room, washer/dyer, we’re disgusting.

Hotel was not in good shape, definetely not what I would expect from the Hilton brand. Many areas around the property were not clean, parking lot had cigarettes and trash. Room was decently clean but all common areas needed work

Ron was nice but hotel overall needed work. Dirty peeling wallpaper and just didn't smell very good. Our entire floor smelled like old food .

The kitchen featured in the photos was a nice selling point. There was mold in our room under the air conditioner. My son is sensitive to mold and when he started having a reaction I looked around and found mold at the bottom of the air conditioning unit. The entire place looks ran down. I wouldn’t consider it even a 3 star hotel. The pillows were horrible. The kitchen features was nice and they did a good job capturing the photos for marketing their rooms but it’s a dirty place. It smelled and had mold. Never staying here again. There were paint splatter featuring sloppy paint jobs were done. The vent was messed up. The tv was lob sided (not a big deal but my son noticed it.). And there were still dishes in the dish washer. I’m so disappointed with this place.

Nothing nite shift on was kind and courteous. The rest of the staff was horrible. The fact that it wasn’t fit for a dog to sleep in my son was rush to an emergency room from Dirty sheets thing I ask for new sheets and they was on the Door. When me and my wife came back whit my son from the hospital sad I stay in homewood everwhere this the worse every

Room size

Staff were friendly, property was fairly clean. Rooms were a good size, beds were soft but comfortable. Food was average and plenty.

Breakfast was good and the front desk was nice.

Breakfast could be better and so could the room.

I was not at the hotel. The flight from ORD to DFW was canceled.
