Best Western Plus Fort Worth North

My typically level headed wife flew off the handle this morning-here’s why. I paid for late checkout at 1pm. Normal check out is 11am. Housekeeping came three times before 12pm. First they knocked at 10am, where we said we were ok and didn’t need anything. They came again and knocked at 11am to ask if we were checking out. The staff didn’t speak English so we had to use Google Translate to tell them we had paid for late checkout which should have already been communicated to them. Then the staff came again at 12pm, didn’t knock and just opened the door and came in while we were getting ready to leave. We told her we had late checkout and she refused to leave after telling her three times. The point is, we paid for late checkout so we could sleep in and that was made impossible because the front desk or manager did not communicate with the cleaning staff the our room had paid for late checkout. Not only that, you do not come into our room without knocking while my wife is still in her underwear. Never coming back.

New design and beds are comfortable Having to check out at 11

It was nice, clean, and had polite staff.

First room we got was filthy, bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. There was a dirty rag in the shower alongside small pieces of trash scattered along the floor. The tub was also filthy with black specs everywhere. The receptionist gave us a new room, which was great. The only complaint about the new room was that the A/C was not great, and the room got hot very easily. Wouldn’t stay there again, but at least the staff were helpful.

This place not bad very convenient with food around the corner . But overall not bad

Exceptional

signs of poor management and minimal employee presence. *Urine in the toilet is a sign of minimal staff. *The broken toilet handle tell the story of not taking care of minimal things. *B'fast was very minimal. *barely showing hospitality at all levels.

Great room with a nice layout and very clean overall. The only issue we noticed was one towel that had a visible stain. The hotel is also near the freeway, so it can get a bit noisy if your room is facing that direction. There was also no coffee maker in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was comfortable and well-maintained.

Superb

The shower handle was malfunctioning, leaving the water stuck at a scalding temperature. Consequently, I was unable to use the shower. No coffee machine in the rooms; coffee was only available in the lobby.

Very good
