I called customer service and spent over an hour on the phone before a supervisor found us a room at the Mansfield location. We packed everything, loaded the car, and drove to the second hotel, hoping the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, Room 108 at the Mansfield location had a strong, unpleasant odor as well, similar to fish. When I returned to the front desk, another guest was there complaining about the same issue in his room. We were each given Lysol spray and told there was no other solution. After relocating once already and being exhausted, we had little choice but to endure the room until morning. Nothing further was done to address the problem. To make matters worse, by 7:00 a.m. the hotel had already run out of eggs and sausage for breakfast. Having problems at two different locations in one stay was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern was not only the condition of the rooms, but the lack of an appropriate solution when the issues were reported. Guests should not have to relocate to another hotel only to encounter another unacceptable room and be handed Lysol as the solution. I do not recommend it!

Free breakfast and the indoor pool was a plus My first night, the AC in room 419 was horrible. It didn’t get colder than 76. I was there for work and that was not the quality sleep I needed. I brought this up to staff up front on my way to work and they got a new room for us once it was available. Thank you!!

We were greeted by a cheerful and friendly staff each day. However, the hallways to the rooms were not air conditioned, the bathroom door in #205 did not close completely, we could never get hot water from the sink, and it was difficult adjusting water temperature in the shower. Breakfast staff was friendly and kept area very clean and neat, if only the food could have been hotter.

very friendly staff, are Hilton members so had a nice welcome message on the TV in our room, spacious and clean rooms; bed was firmer than I like, need updates on the pillows; would recommend, close to venue of event in the area; had our friends on the same floor as us
