Good

Nice and comfortable Breakfast was decent. Could have been a little better

Clean. Well-maintained. A bit tricky to find coming from the north on I-35W

Didnt have any issues. Stay was good...only 1 night.

Bad

I still haven't received my deposit back from the first night I stayed but got the deposit for the 2nd I don't understand it... So I paid 270 for a mediocre room I can't understand it

the beddings Free? lol

I liked having an indoor hot tub. However it could have been much cleaner. When I reported that it needed to be cleaned, the staff said it was clean. I never got to use the breakfast, since it ended at 9am and I could not get to it that day early. 10am would have been good for me. My room was fine.

Superb

Also, one staff member was very rude that worked in the morning. She yelled at me because I attempted to get breakfast at 6:35 AM. It was scheduled to open at 6:30 AM. She said everything wasn’t ready yet. That’s not my problem as I had to get on the road to continue my trip. Would not stay there again.

Very friendly staff and had no problems.

Big room but nothing fancy. Never stayed at a Best Western that wasn't decent.

Very good

The night clerk checking us in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast section was not helpful and distracted on her phone. The front desk clerk was not helpful, could not provide me with a receipt and was on her phone as well.
