Crowne Plaza Hotel Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruiseport by IHG

I enjoyed wverything

Very good

Third time staying at the hotel staff was always friendly and courteous, rooms are very clean and comfortable. My recent stay had my reservation modified and the manager was very accommodating and helpful. Greatly appreciated.

Room and staff was Great don't like to have to pay $25 a night for Parking. Rooms nice and clean and cold AC and good Hot Shower.

Very good

The hotel has a great location, comfortable accommodation, and a very good breakfast. Nice staff. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle service was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I immediately contacted the hotel and was informed that the shuttle would take longer than usual due to heavy traffic caused by earlier rainfall. This was completely understandable, and I was willing to wait. However, after a long wait, the shuttle drove right past me at the designated meeting point. I waved at the driver, who saw me, but continued without stopping. I contacted the hotel multiple times afterward, and each time I was told that another shuttle would be sent. None of them arrived. After several calls, I was told that I should use other transportation options because the shuttle is a complimentary service. This response was very disappointing, especially since the shuttle service was one of the reasons I chose this hotel in the first place.

The hotel staffs was very courteous, take care of my needs answer all my questions and the shuttle was right on time to take my family and I to the air port

Clean, convenient and close to port!

We stayed one night as we were on a cruise next day and everything worked out so well! The restaurant Kiki serves great food, very clean restaurant and nice servers!

The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely return again. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overpriced for the location.

Superb

Exceptional

Location- very close to the cruise port

Very nice property. Everyone and everything was top notch.

That everything was indoors All hotels need to minimize where carpet belong in the hotel rooms, without the air conditioner running the rooms smells like of wetness. Something I can't fully explain but you can smell the difference from when the air conditioner is on and when its off, this nice lady cleaning sprayed something pleasant and told me to leave the air conditioner on low
