The hotel was nice, but...

The room was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind.

The rooms were indeed renovated and the breakfast was really great! Though the rooms were renovated, the bed and couch were rock hard. It would have been softer sleeping on the tile. The noise from the elevators kept us up constantly throughout the night. The front desk was constantly rude.

It smelled nice It was smaller than expected. The pictures makes it look a lot bigger more spacious than it really is. Very misleading to be Nelly renovated. There was no dedicated business center. Breakfast was s a joke.

Spacious accommodations. Very clean property and room was thoughtfully appointed. A little hard to locate.

Nice breakfast, kind and proactive staff in the lobby, clean lobby, clean lobby's bathroom. I went to Hyatt Timesquare in April 2026 and it was a mess, I was a little worried I would have a similar experience but no. All great, thank you so much All good, nice work.

The pick up at airport was non existent, having to hold on on the phone ,calling twice it did not work. Took an uber!! Room was clean and had ample space, very comfortable. The breajfast area and and public areas need a lot of cleaning. Breakfast was sufficient.

The body wash in the shower was empty….no soap for a shower! Had to use shampoo

Our goal was to be near the Port Everglades cruiseport…that worked out well for us. The property was nice, clean, large room, had a busy happy hour and good quick breakfast.

Great location for the cruise terminal and airport. Breakfast was actually pretty solid and staff was helpful.
