The Drury inn never disappoints. This is the only place that I will stay at while in Flagstaff.

Could not be more pleased with our stay. We will definitely be coming back and using this brand in the future.

We travel a lot, and this time was the first for staying at a Drury hotel. We loved it! It was clean, staff was friendly. breakfast was delicious and the pool was the right temperature! We will stay at the Drury again in Flaggstaff AZ! Very comfortable! We hope to find other Drury hotels just as nice in our future travels. Thank you!

This was our first stay with Drury and they really impressed us. The whole property was clean and extremely well maintained with a highly motivated and well-trained staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and very good at their jobs. The extra breakfast and dinner effort was surprising by the quality on offer. The extra items that were available with the bar, coffee and soda were unexpected but very appreciated. The location was very convenient for walking to various tours and establishments (Riordan Mansion, Historic Underground Tour and Downtown Haunted History Tour). If we come back to Flagstaff, this is exactly where we will choose to stay.

We booked a basic king room. When we arrived we were offered the second floor which is the pet floor. I explained I had pet dander allergies and the desk attendant asked if the fifth floor was okay. Our room was upgraded to a king suite at no additional charge. Drinks and Hors d'oeuvres were served until 7:00PM and the morning breakfast was amazing.

Nice easy hotel layout. Elevators are a little spotty but great place to stay. Well located

We stayed there a few years ago and discovered the miracle of the Drury hotels. So, we stay, if we can, only at Drury. The last time we were in Flagstaff, it was booked out, so this time, we were lucky, and we had wonderful two days. What a great deal. One of the best hotels ever.

Wonderful staff. Great location. Clean. All you can ask for in a hotel.

I just recently stayed at the Drury Hotel in Flagstaff. I would have given it four and a half Stars Plus but that wasn't an option. My initial contact was with a lovely girl named Vik. She was just so happy and helpful. I was greeted by her smile almost every night of my 6 night stay and she even remembered my name, which made me feel special. She is definitely an asset! All the staff though that I came in contact with were wonderful. The hotel was very clean. My room was amazing I was lucky enough to have a small living room area with a TV, 2 queen size beds and another TV along with a small balcony. The availability of the 24-hour coffee/tea was definitely a plus. The breakfast and kick back dinners we're also quite convenient. My only complaint was that I was so looking forward to having the waffles. Unfortunately they didn't seem to cook right, one side was perfect and the other side was not done it seemed. I stayed there for a week so I ate one everyday and I was determined to get it right, but I never really did. I ate them anyway! LOL Also I was looking forward to the hot tub, I understand it was not anybody's fault but it was out of service as they were waiting for a part to fix it. The hotel was in a great location situated right on Route 66 and the Northern Arizona University campus I would highly recommend this hotel and their brand! I would certainly stay again. I am happy to be part of the Drury family and I wish there were more of them around!

Compared with other Drurys it's not as good, cutting off the bar line 10 minutes before it closes is a no no, also food was poor and cold, poor girl doing the bar all by herself, not enough staff to keep the kickback running efficiently.
-
The hotel is a little outdated so some of the decor was a bit out of date which also gave don't areas a bit of a classic smell but nothing that will impact your stay. Overall, a great value.
-
We had an excellent stay-everyone was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious!
-
Breakfast and the evening snacks and drinks were great. Hot tub was down for repairs.
-
Nice place to stay but if you a dog they charge you a crazy price of 65$ a night before taxes. So for two night it was 140$. I think thats ridiculous.
-
Everything was awesome, registration was very helpful

Our room had an issue at checkin, but the desk staff was extremely helpful in getting things resolved and us into a different room (sorry, I don't remember the name of the desk staff that afternoon, but definitely deserve a "kudos")
