Staff was very friendly and check-in was smooth. Nice buffet breakfast, omelette station. Property is very rundown, although it does appear there are in the process of updating the rooms.

It's under renovation, but there is no way this place is worth staying at. The room was dirty and smelled. Stains everywhere where you needed to wear your shoes. There was a sticky liquid in the bedroom, loose tiles in the bathroom, and on the way out, we were charged $10/day for parking. I have been to Flagstaff dozens over the past decade and have NEVER paid for parking at a hotel there. It's ridiculous, overprice, and they didn't disclose the self-parking charge on the website, or at check-in. I will NEVER stay there again and neither should you. Check out the Aiden, Drury, Country Inn and Suites, or High Country Motor Lodge if you want a clean room and free parking included in the cost. This Embassy Suites by Hilton should be stripped of its affiliation and the owners should not be able to market it as a Hilton property.

Anastasia was great in the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were in poor shape. The cleanliness was not there, and there was damage to the walls, light fixtures, and furniture.
-
The Property needs to be refurbished. The room was what we wanted but used up. Not up to Embassy Suites standards

Would not recommend this hotel. Our room was not well maintained and dirty. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room also was very warm due to small air vents.
-
The rate. Nobody cleaned our room. Had to ask for extra towels. Breakfast needs improvement. Need a new waffle makers.

In the middle of updating. Needs a facelift. Staff was friendly. There is not a full time restaurant.

Breakfast was ok, omelets were great and they had a lot of options to add. The buffet options were not as great. All of the trays were basically empty and there was over an hour left before it ended. Multiple people checked the trays and walked away. When I asked the staff about it I got a sigh as if lwas bothering them by asking. When they finally brought the bacon out it looked barely cooked. Didn't enjoy that part of the breakfast. I'd stay again and hope for a bit better breakfast.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this Embassy Suites was really disappointing. We booked a premium suite with one king bed, two rooms, for up to six guests. Instead, we were given a king bed and a pull-out couch, which only sleeps four. As a family of five, that was not acceptable. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was even dog hair on the bedding, which is a health issue as someone who is allergic. The carpet felt damp and musty, and the room just looked outdated and unclean. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to care or attempt to fix the situation. For the price we paid, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Would not recommend for families.

Always love Embassy suites
-
the location The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the carpet was foul, the cupboards were nearly falling off hinges, the handle to a closet come off in my hand, the pool wasn't open - overall it felt very rundown and like it was hanging on by a thread.

Pleasant stay

I planned on staying here for one week while dropping my daughter off at college. My room was so dark and dirty, that I checked out earlier. I tried to work with management to get a different room or a refund for the nights, as the room was disgusting, but the manager refused. I checked out early and lost a lot of money - that’s how bad it was!!!

The hotel was poorly maintained. The decor was outdated, and the carpets were gross. Someone had carved things into the elevator doors. People were smoking in the halls. The place looked dark and gloomy overall. Bed uncomfortable.

Very poor
