I have stayed here more than once and it is my favorite hotel to stay. It's very clean, safe and close to many restaurants and the highway. It is dog friendly and have a special space for their needs. The staff is friendly and professional. I can't think of anything, my stay was great !

It was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was included Nothing

The staff provided me with a warm cookie when I checked in. It was at late night, I didn't have my dineer yet. The warm cookie really comforted me and gave me a good experience. There are only 2 Tesla charging parking spaces. Should increase more. I also had trouble when connecting to hotel wifi. I correctly typed in my last name and room number, but kept come up error message. I thought it may be a problem in the system.

Hotel was amazing and the grounds were beautiful. The only issue was an incredibly squeaky bathroom door.

Comfortable beds and spacious property. Great location with cheap Uber rides to downtown. The downside is they charge extra for water, faster Wi‑Fi, breakfast, and other basics. Good for a quick stay, but expect fees for amenities.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, good food in the restaurant and good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay again next time in Flagstaff.

Room was very clean and fully stocked. Staff was friendly. You cannot walk past the staff without them giving you a friendly greeting. Free delicious cookies at check in. The SAKURA teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel is amazing, but it is on the pricey side of things. Great place to stay. Will be back.

It was good and the bed was very comfortable but the housekeeper need to check their amenities which was empty.
