Country Inn & Suites by Radisson - Flagstaff East Route 66

Very poor

Arrived and the room smelled like the previous guest was a smoker. Had a good size spider on the ceiling. The shower faucet would not stop running and had to close the bathroom door. When asked to change rooms after going to the empty front desk 3 times and finally someone showed up. No other rooms were available but they did bring up an air freshener. 1st hotel that breakfast was was gone by 9am just a waffle maker and sausage patties left. No milk for cereal no eggs and just the crusty bottom of the pan of potatoes. Probably won't stay at this property again.

Nice hotel at reasonable price. Breakfast was included but not great. Rooms were clean. I would stay again.

Close to the area we were spending our time .

The room smelled and the refrigerator smelled so bad , the bathroom was terribly maintained and there was a seedy looking character sitting in the parking lot from the time I got there around 8 pm till I went to bed at 11 pm . It was 40 degrees out and I wasn’t sure if he was checking out cars to see if any were unlocked.

Overall nice hotel and clean rooms.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke unfortunately and the AC was not working properly and very noisy. We turned it on to try to filter out the smell in the room.

Good hotel for the price. €84 for the night including breakfast and pool. Breakfast is fine, nothing to complain about, and the location is genuinely practical if you're heading west afterwards — you're right on Route 66, so the next morning you just pull out and go.

Location, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok but cold.

Check the sheets.There was yellowstains on the sheets, not sure what it could have been, but it should not have been put on a bed , it should have been thrown away.

Good service.

Apparently you have to request for cleaning service for your room, otherwise they don’t clean it and they don’t tell you this at check-in. The carpet in our room was filthy and the bathroom needs some serious repair maintenance. The hairdryer was shorting out and a fire hazard. The hot tub wasn’t working and was barely warm. The buffet breakfast was disgusting. The staff at the counter seemed to hate their jobs, were rude, and so was the maintenance guy who cut in front of us with his large bin to go down the elevator. We had all our luggage in hand and had to wait for the next elevator. We paid as much for this hotel as nearby, much nicer hotels and it was just super disappointing.

The hotel is older so halls are narrow and room was smaller some of the furniture a bit shabby but the bed was good. The hash browns weren’t brown and almost cold. Everything else for breakfast was fine.
