Very nice updated facility with wonderful decor in the lobby and lounge. Everything was spotless and a wonderful staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious, though a little pricy. Only nit pick was that the mixed drinks my wife and I had at the bar were quite watered down, couldn’t taste any alcohol at all.

Rooms were immaculate and the staff was very friendly. I’m always a bit disappointed when the lobby of my hotel does not provide ice water and coffee. I would recommend that you would offer that.

Wonderful employees, nice greeting and support as we checked in. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Close to attractions. Breakfast room was over crowded. Outside front entrance seats were wet and some trash in the morning. A little more attention to detail would have been nice, but overall it was very nice.

Clean rooms!! Parking on this weekend was terrible, paid $16 a night to park & couldn’t park on Saturday night. Had to pay extra for everything. TV channels for the price was terrible. Windows on the bayfront were filthy. Said it had hot tub & it was a whirlpool that wasn’t on till weekend & was not clean during my trip.

I thoroughly enjoyed the view at the bar. The service was exceptional; everyone was incredibly kind and courteous.
