Great stay!

Room was very clean and the ladies that cleaned the room were very friendly. Always had a smile on their face and said good morning to us. Everytime we visit family we stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Didnt have any breakfast Staff - Mr Sean was at his worst behaviour, banging on my door late in the evening after i was already in bed. I had to go to the reception in my PJ's due to Mr Sean banging on my door and waking up everyone on my floor. FLOOR 8. As a result of the very embarrassing behaviour of Mr Sean, i had to cut my booking short and checked out the very next morning to go check into another hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing! I loved the restaurant staff and the food was great! Will definitely stay there again.

Not a lot of bang for the buck. Super uncomfortable bed. We actually had to sleep with our heads at the foot the mattress was so sucken in and worn. Unfriendly check in procedure -- our basic questions such as "do you offer breakfast?" "does the room have a kitchenette?" was met with a scoff and hostility as opposed to just supplying a friendly answer. We immediately felt unwelcome. There was a power outage during our stay. And to top it off, the additional cost for a "hot breakfast" was an upcharge for a basic continental breakfast... the kind you get included at other comparable hotels. Just so much lacking here. We will not return for our next trip.

There was a power outage when we attempted to check in. We had to leave and returned late at night after our scheduled event. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Sean at front desk was very welcoming. Plus staff let me stay a bit over for a slightly later check out as I was having breakfast with a friend.

Very clean facility and the most comfortable beds I’ve even had at a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was only for 2 guests and then you had to pay per person.

Split unit was not heating despite a request to the front desk. Found that the bathroom sink spout was loose. TV is old with no access to the usual streaming sites. Next to the elevators was a number a garbage bags left by the maintenance(?) staff.
