I really enjoyed my stay! I’ve stayed at this hotel in other cities in Texas before and have never had any issues. The room was just as described, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I noticed this time was a slightly unusual outdoor like smell in the room. I’m not sure if the A/C filter may need to be changed or checked, but other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious! The pancake machine was a little weird, but everything else was clean, fresh, and well stocked. The lobby was also very unique and eye catching I really liked the atmosphere. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and quiet
-
it was clean, bed was comfortable, and i really can’t complain because the place is/was new. despite being a budget hilton, this hotel is better than many in el paso — particularly the tru location on joe battle, which i refuse to stay ever again.

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One moment that really stood out was when a staff member took time out of her breakfast routine to make chocolate milk for my toddler nephew. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture, and it made for a great start to his day! This was a great place for a quick overnight stay. We also really appreciated the mini market inside the hotel, which came in handy for late-night snacks after arriving so late. The outdoor pool and indoor pool table were added bonuses and provided great entertainment for my nephew during our stay. Overall, Tru by Hilton was convenient, quiet, comfortable, and welcoming—exactly what we needed for a quick stay near the airport.
