The cleanliness of the room was poor, there was hair in the shower, hair on the bed, and it looked as if the sheets hadn't been changed.

I waited 4t minutes and left waiting for someone to come to the front desk. There was a sign that said be back in 5 minutes. It was late and so I left and booked another hotel. I tried to call to get a refund no one could help me.
