The handicap room was excellent. Lots of room to move around, even with a walker. Bathroom was perfect and safe. The beds are so hard and that's the reason we only gave it a "good".

I found a live cockroach on my bed. The bathroom sink was clogged.They didn't have the courtesy to offer a refund.

Breakfast was poorly made. Very greasy not enough food was put out. The ladies preparing the food were always in the back and I had to go in and ask for coffee creamer, yogurt and milk. The staff were not keeping the area clean. Tables were dirty and where the food was being served that area was so dirty. Would I stay here again or recommend this hotel, NO! I have always liked this chain of hotels but have been very disappointed with the quality of the rooms and staff and appearance.

Nothing. Place was dirty. Tons of stuff were broken. Pictures online are nothing like in person. Tons of addicts live here and make you feel uncomfortable.

The teservation was overBooked. We did not get what we paid for. We hot 1 king bed and reserved for 2 queen beds.

I had an unpleasant experience at checkout because they were trying to charge me for towels I hadn't taken—they even claimed my children had taken them. In the end, it turned out the towels were there all along; it was the staff member's fault for not counting them correctly.

Great pool area. A good continental breakfast.

They charge $150 per room for incidentals which is more than it cost to book the room!!!!!!! Will not book there again!!!

The place was ok. It smelled when you walked in was not pleasant. It smelled like wet old clothes and stuffy. Good location over ok stay.

I reported to the front desk and they did come up and give them a warning. The noise started at 11pm and went on until 4am. I thought some young woman was going to be severely hurt, and that doesn’t even cover the vulgarity that was being yelled out. Some type of security rule has to be put in place or a noise and quiet rule.

Room aroma was not good. Carpet was not vacuumed.

Elevator was down 12 hours after checking in, had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with a cast on my leg. Rooms were booked per staff until the last night we were there day 3 out of 4. Breakfast was scarce, kitchen staff was not able to accommodate the amount of guest ratio that were present. We opted out of eating there, A black towel was folded nicely by the sink labeled Makeup, however there was makeup residue on it from the previous guest.

Yes, there was teenage children reported for being loud in the middle of the night running up and down our hallways shouting and yelling for over 2 hours. Another guest down our hall stated she called to report it and front staff did not take action.

At arrival at the hotel the room was not ready to move in. So we had to wait till 4:45 when the room should of been ready at 3:00. We will never will return to stay at this hotel ever.

Nothing this trip! Manager was beyond rude. I have stayed plenty of times there and that will be my last. I always leave my deposit in cash and right before I leave they go up and check the room to return my cash. So I was told after I paid the room and the deposit it would be after 9 that they could give me the deposit when I had to leave by 7:30. So I had to go back out of my way and putting myself trip on hold loose time and money to wait for the cash. If I would’ve known before I paid I could’ve stayed in another hotel. The manager as I am telling her what happened she just got the money threw it at me and didn’t even apologize. Very poor manners.

The towels were way to rough. The breakfast was nasty ,and the same thing everyday. The kitchen lady seemed mad every time someone walked in. I only ate 1 time. The worst ever at this location. Stayed here numerous times before.
