Pool and hot tub awesome.

Great hotel. Staff are exceptional.

Stayed for a rescheduled AC/DC concert. Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful during check in. Hotel manager went above and beyond. The shuttle was very helpful to get to the arena without having to worry about driving there or parking. The manager went above and beyond for everyone going. He was there from beginning to end and gave his personal number to people concerned that they'd get lost getting back to the bus. After the concert, they also left the bar and appetizers open at the hotel instead of closing them at the normal time. 11/10 for hospitality. Will absolutely come back.

The staff was amazing and the convenience to MetLife stadium is so worth it. The hotel staff were very attentive and guaranteed the shuttle service was easy to access.
-
Good for a bed and transfers to MetLife, but otherwise this hotel is run as a shell of a property, most things are not open, F&B options are poor.

Great experience
-
The shower diverter wasn't working causing water to come out of the shower side and the tub side. This caused bad shower pressure. Should get fixed. The room also had a bit of a damp smell.
-
It was OK with not a lot to do It was in an area with nothing around to go do

5 minutes from American dream, room cleans, hotel has wonderful staff!
-
Clean room and friendly staff! Close to mall!

The hotel was beautiful, however, the room smelt musty upon arrival and our room wasn't serviced the following day. The shuttle service wasn't available and spent nearly $60 on ubers to american dream. The breakfast was not complementary so read the fine print.

It was a comfortable room. Definitely not the luxury hotel it is advertised to be and not worth the money for what it is. Very basic, small rooms. Comparable to a Comfort Inn and Suites. Only one restaurant was opened and very expensive for what it is. They charge a 22% service fee at the restaurant above and beyond the cost of food and drink and does not include a tip for the server in the service fee added on.

My husband and I went for one night to celebrate our anniversary. We went for the convenience (next to American Dream Mall) and the amenities (pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar on site). However, they ran out of the burger and chicken wings by 7 PM and we ended up ordering Uber Eats. The pool was cold, room was cold and the hot tub was broken. They also ran out of some drinks, several people asked for things they just didn’t have anymore. We asked for drinks to be charged to the room, they didn’t have the system up to do that. Very disappointing stay.

Great entry and initial impression. Requested a room with a standup shower and the receptionist indicated she’d upgrade our room to a suite with a shower with no tub. The room ultimately had a tub. The tub barely drained while showering. The room was 69 degrees and the room would not heat so it was warmer to leave the thermostat off vs continue blowing cold air. One of the floating bedstands (connected to the bed frame) was ripped from the wall as if someone had sat on it and the lamp on that side didn’t work nor any of the outlets. The stay was ok but some things were just off.
