I was charged on my card before I got there and I was asked to pay at the front desk as well. I urgently need a refund of my payment.

I canceled my reservation and they refused to give me my back

Proximity to metlife stadium At 11:30 after a concert i was told they didnt have a room for me even though i prepaid it a week before . And they dod nothing to solve the issue after i waited a hour. I was forced to drive 2 hours to get home at 12:30 in the morning. Worst experience!

Excellent front desk staff, friendly and able to answer every need. The room itself seemed a bit worn, with visible rust on the door of the refrigerator and stains in the shower. Still, was certainly worth the money if you're going to an event at Metlife Stadium/Meadowlands

At 8 AM, there was no coffee. The breakfast consisted of a basket of Nutri-Grain bars, but for one overnight to attend a show at MetLife it’s perfectly fine.

Hotel is clean room is comfortable nice view on the garden add the price is good ...breakfast In the same area there is two hotel for the same company always the auber do mistake between the 2 address so we paid twice .

I liked the location I didn't like the smell of the place, the kitchen was dirty, and moldy on the outside of fridge thankfully we weren't using any of it. There was bugs around inside the the building. Not worth the price. Could have been at least $75 cheaper

The room was disgusting. There was hair everywhere in the bed and in the drain of the shower. When we called and asked about it, they came up 25 mins later to see if we were “good”. We left after a half hour. Terrible terrible

You should do better in cleaning up the rooms and beddings change All was good

The only thing good is the price everything else is horrible

The room is so cleaned and fresh as bleach smelled. Have a nice kitchen.

Everything except The locate too far from the shopping for basic things

Only place we could find off highway while traveling South to Florida at 10 pm on a Tuesday. Room we got was nasty. Bathroom gross, sink held on with shelving brackets, no vanity, just a sink hanging off the wall, we didn’t even shower in the morning. Just left. Breakfast options were bad coffee and mini muffins in wrappers. Should have slept in truck….

It was excellent place would love to come again
