Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club

The location was amazing Service a bit slow

Exceptional

Beautiful hotel with great staff! Room was clean and beautiful and our dinner at the bar restaurant was excellent! Joban is a fantastic server!

Exceptional

One of Best places I’ve ever stayed. Hands down.

Didn't eat breakfast.

It’s starting to get run down, and not as clean as it should be

Proximity to Duke campus; clean and attractive spaces; fully equipped gym The restaurant food was not great.

Great experience, pool /hottube could use updated. Breakfast had small Buffet, others have larger.

Tremendous staff for a beautiful property. Everyone we interacted with - from the front desk team to the room service personnel were polite, efficient, helpful and welcoming. Absolutely will stay again and will recommend to friends.

Nice place!

Superb

Everything. The location, the facilities, the grounds, the decor, the comfortable beds, the well equipped bathrooms, the ambience, the staff Nothing. I love this hotel.

Great location

very loud wedding party across the room, couldnt sleep all noght as they were loud until 2:30-3AM. I wish hotel would've done something for us considering the inconvenience. Called front staff probably 2-3 times that night, all I wanted was a quiet sleep!

Simply beautiful and perfect location.

The staff was always friendly, welcoming and supportive in promptly addressing our requests. Joseph, an extraordinary valet, immediately made us feel welcome and reinforced what a great decision we made to stay at the Washington Duke Hotel. Rather than keeping us waiting, he would often jog down to the valet parking area to retrieve our vehicle without delay. He arranged shuttle transportation to and from the Duke Health clinic and saved us the time and aggravation of parking our personal vehicle in a busy and overcrowded parking building. We will stay at this hotel on our next visit and look forward to our interactions with Joseph once again.

Overall it was good. The hot tub only had one jet putting out a good amount of water.

The hotel was lovely, welcoming and well equipped . The staff was very helpful from the front desk to the bell desk to the restaurant staff. Everyone was courteous and accommodating . They even provided a shuttle service to the medical facility which was very helpful as my husband wouldn’t have been able to walk from the parking lot. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The food was great too! Definitely would return to this hotel.

Really nice hotel, the lobby recently renovated lobby is really very nice - the rooms feel a bit like an outdated luxury
