My stay was great!

Great staff. Clean and convenient location!

Location was great there was no breakfast Everything was great
-
Great location for Duke Medical Center appointments. Nice, clean, large rooms. The bathroom was small for two people maneuvering around, but that was the only complaint regarding facilities. Highly recommend- but don’t bother with breakfast in the cafe. Not worth it…only for the coffee. Small bathroom Breakfast in cafe was pretty bad.

Really enjoyed the cafe!!

We were originally put in a room with very noisy neighbours. The reception person moved us to a different room without any issues Clean and central to where we were spending time

Convenience to the hospital
-
Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. So convenient. The staff is thoughtful and empathetic. Especially having to go back and forth to Duke for treatments. They make it so much easier to manage it all
-
Very clean, perfect location to Duke hospital with shuttle svc and awesome staff ! Not made aware I had to request housekeeping every day ! I would have given The Lodge a higher rating if I had been made aware of this request.

Very good
-
My room was incredibly musty and damp. Sad because the location to Duke medical was the reason why I stayed there. I would probably not go back.
-

This hotel was super nice. Staff was amazing. The location is great of you have appointments at Duke. The only complaint would bethe sirens and helicopter traffic but it didn't bother me cause I work ems so I'm used to it. But you are also right next to the hospital so it's expected. Beds were a little firm for my liking but my husband liked them. So it's a preference thing.
