Very nice staff! Asia was truly amazing and caring. The room was nice and clean and smelled great. Breakfast was good, coffee was even better! I'll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel and room. Quiet, spacious and comfortable. Out if 3 weeks on the road cross country, this was best of our accommodations. Amazing selection at breakfast.

The staff, location and cleanliness were good. 1) Our keys didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk to get new keys. Wouldn’t have been so bad probably if it wasn’t late and we weren’t exhausted. 2) After a long day in the heat all I wanted was a shower and to go to bed. The water was ice cold. This was about 11:30pm.

Friendly staff. Great location, close to downtown Durham, and several restaurants close to the hotel. The room was a great size with a sitting area with comfortable couch. The bed was comfortable. I like the shower being sepersted from the toilet.

Check out. Instead of them adding back my incidental, they charged me again and when I talked with them about it, they said that I had to wait to get reimbursed 5 to 7 days for my reimbursement and for the extra charge.

Had NO HOT WATER...complained about it at breakfast...lady said 'i'm sorry'... checked out with another lady..she asked how was my stay...i mentioned the 'hot water' - she said I'm sorry. Come on man- give me a free biscuit or something
