Extended Stay America Select Suites Raleigh RTP 4610 Miami B

Carpet look old and dirty, pull out couch had an old dirty mattress with trash coming out as soon as I pulled it out with no sheets. Locals live there and hang outside. People were smoking marijuana outside in their cars at 4am when we left to the airport.

I've been here for a couple months and I really feel very satisfied and comfortable. Really glad I made the decision to book with extended stay

My stay here has always been good and I feel safe here. Day shift staff is very helpful

The staff were not nice or respectful, and the room had damages.

No support system for any thing needed, including Kitech thing when we do advertise about kitchen support ,It was complete opposite to El Paso Experience , asking money for kitchen item? why then add? no breafast when I select it was with breakfast no night support to dial on phone from lobby 0 not working 3rd evening staff was not copereative

The staff was amazing, and very helpful. I like how understanding everyone was and when you don’t like or things in the room don’t work they will make sure your good.

Attending cleaning services every ten days before the attending cleaning

Ok

Great place to stay well how do you recommend come back again easy to access everything‘s close by room was clean

Good value, clean and friendly.

Very clean and the room was good maintained

The room had roaches.

Two rooms were roach infested and smelled like cat pee. We left within 15 mins of checking in.

The 1st room I checked in had roaches in it so we moved, I saw 1 roach n that room but figured it was impossible to move where none were at that point, one of my nights there I asked for toilet paper and they said they had ran out so I had to go to store and buy tissue for my own room, I asked for towels and they made me bring mine down to be washed and gave back to me, 1st I ever seen this at a hotel

Bad

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. Killed cockroaches all night, pull out couch had no mattress, dirty, damaged, smelled like smoke, and in a bad area. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could get my money back.

Should have breakfast included .. In room no coffee tea maker

Na

It was quiet at night, very close to the airport. The front desk staff is very nice.

entire place full of cockroaches, even in the bed. FOOD inside the pull out sofa, and trash. it was DISGUSTING.
