DoubleTree Raleigh Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park

The cleanliness could have been better in the rooms. The corners were dusty and carpet could have been cleaned, but the pros are furniture was dusted. Bathrooms were clean. First time ever experiencing with a hotel, the continental breakfast included a cost. The check-in attendant led me to believe I would receive points on my stay but at checkout, it was revealed to me that due to use of a third-party. I was not eligible on that visit. Needless to say, I did sign up for future visits Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but I will reconsider another Hilton. Thank you.

Clean room

Didn't care for the room or bathroom. Very outdated and small. Restaurant didn't open until 5pm.

Room was dated and air conditioner was ineffective and noisy all night.

Excellent night sleep. Very clean and the cookies don’t miss!

The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean. I can’t believe how quiet the room was, as that’s a rarity when staying at hotels now. The staff checked up on us via text throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well.

Maybe remove the fire damaged lamps, workshop a better equipped internet provider because the signal AND wifi on the property is at the bottom of the barrel. The wallpaper is physically peeling off the walls from how musty and stagnant the air is EVEN WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONING IS ON. Just throw the whole hotel away. Trash.

The microwave was accessible in the lobby

Staff was courteous and professional. Cookies were delicious.

Lovely timea

Giant dead cockroach in the bathroom. Bathroom mediocre.

Good place to stay

Very good

Friendly staff and very accommodating. I will go back

Super friendly staff at the lobby Breakfast staff very rude.

The room was pretty standard but very clean and comfortable. But the property itself is really lovely! It's a beautiful hotel with a great feel - even nicer than I expected from the pictures. I wish we had had more than one day to stay there!

Very dated and not kept up. Looks good from outside but inside not so much. Will not stay there again.
