DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Raleigh - Durham

Exceptional

Very nice, clean & comfortable! Loved the warm cookies, they were amazing! Nothing

I am not a breakfast person so I did not have breakfast It would be nice to have just hot water and tea bags in the room. I tried to heat up some water but when it came out of hte Keureg, it tasted like coffee water. Remember, not everyone is a coffee drinker

Disappointing

This Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had lots of room and everything we needed. Would definately recommend!!

This hotel had everything-a pool, a gym, a library!! My room was so clean I started looking for something and couldn’t find anything. Great helpful staff and free cookies. Who could ask for more?

It was very clean and I love how they will send out text messages if you need anything they will get back to asap. Everything was peaceful When I had the AC (62 degrees) on it was still out hot in my room. The walls are so thin I heard everyone conversation.

Exceptional

It was amazing very quite and clean place i would recommend it to anyone The thing that was a little disappointing is the laundromat need more and should be free of use to anyone staying

The hotel overall is nice. The property is maintained with a nice pool and lake to walk around. Staff were helpful with my late night check in and the hotel is right off the interstate and close to the airport. I would stay again.

Exceptional

I had a fantastic experience staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Durham! The location was super convenient and centralized to everything I needed to do, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. On top of that, every staff member was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm back in Durham! The only downside to my stay was that breakfast was not included in the room rate. Free breakfast is usually one of my primary criteria when choosing a hotel because I am big on breakfast and love starting my day with it. Having to pay extra for breakfast was disappointing, as I feel it should be complimentary for guests. Other than that one detail, I really have nothing negative to say about my stay—everything else was great!

Exceptional

The bar was right below my room, I was on the second floor, the people literally kept us up with all the lagging and I had to work early the next morning. Oh and stingy with the cookies

The staff was both friendly and attentive.I had a question that I had to talk to the evening manager about , and he did a great job with making sure I had a full understanding of my question. We had a great overall stay in experience and look forward to staying again in the near future.

Exceptional

Nice quiet, but accessible location.
