It was having bad smell. Escalator was not working. Staff doesn’t care about anything. Coffee at breakfast area was cold at 7AM which means the coffee was not fresh. They did not provide kitchen utensils. It’s one of the worst places I stayed, will not recommend.

When we arrived at the entry, there was a garbage can overflowing with trash. At check in, a computer was down and they had trouble figuring out if our room was ready. Their one housekeeper “was behind.” The elevator was broken and we had to carry all of our bags up to our room. The hotel is older and the bathroom was less than desirable. The tub looked dirty, probably age, and toilet flushed poorly. There was scum over outside of the fridge. The pillows were super flat and felt nonexistent. “Breakfast” was grab and go. There was a coffee maker on a counter and a few oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars. We left for breakfast, made several trips to our car, and there was no staff at the front desk. Just a phone to dial 0 and a large monitor to show we were being recorded. It didnt feel safe or helpful. This explains the lower price, not even worth that. I don’t recommend it.

Dark room, some dirty spots, called and spoke to an employee before we drove 3+ hours ahead of time to see if our room would be ready by the time we arrived, person on the phone said it was all good to head over and when we got there we got told we couldn’t have the room for another 5 hours. So love being lied too.

We checked in around midnight after a 24-hour drive and discovered hair and debris on the towels, a visibly dirty bathtub, damaged furniture, and a filthy, badly worn pullout bed. The pullout was an essential sleeping surface for our group, yet it was not fit for anyone to use. When we reported these conditions, the staff responded casually, as though this were a regular occurrence. We were actually told to simply put another sheet over the stained bedding. The hotel was supposedly sold out, so no replacement room was offered, and we had to contact Expedia ourselves while exhausted in the middle of the night. This was far beyond ordinary wear or an outdated room. Basic cleanliness, sanitation, and room inspection were clearly lacking. No guest should check into a room in this condition. Photos documenting everything are posted with my review on this hotel’s Google page.

The property was generally filthy - caked dirt in stairwells and hallways, etc. The elevator was out of service and apparently this has been the case since May at least. The room was clean in the places easily seen and filthy beyond that - under the bed, behind the laps, in the corners. The phone didn't work in the room. The AC control panel didn't work so you couldn't set the temperature, and when it ran there was a weird smell. It is advertised as having a stocked kitchen, but when we arrived there was a little sign saying we would have to ask for the dishes etc from the front desk. When we did, we were given 1 fork ("because they ran out of forks"), two spoons and three knives (to make up for the missing fork, presumably). The microwave was tiny and one of the dinner plates didn't fit inside. All that being said - the staff were pleasant, the beds were comfortable, and the shower mostly worked (although the bathtub didn't drain properly).

Didn’t like any of it. The room was very dirty and had roaches. Had to leave right after arrival. Could leave young children in that environment.

Nothing We didn’t end up staying and were treated very poorly

Location was good. Room was old and in desperate need of updating. Only one elevator. Handicap door openers on front door didn’t work. Air conditioner in room was very noisy and blew right on bed. Kitchen was not furnished with any dishes or utensils although there was a notice that you could ask for such.

We stayed for two nights. I was surprised that the towels were not changed so we had wet towels the next day. Also the trash was not emptied daily. Again the trash can was overflowing. Room is not layed out well. If someone wants to use the bathroom late at night and turns on the light, the person sleeping facing the bathroom area gets woken up. I was expecting at least a glass or two or maybe a plate, but this is not that kind of motel. No dish soap--just a dish towel. I guess anyone staying has to bring in whatever they need to use. I use a walker and could not get it into the bathroom area due to a large dresser blocking the area near the bed. Handicap buttons to open the doors did not work. From the outside the place is nice to look at.

I liked that there was a fridge, and that everything was decently clean. Wifi worked easily. The bed and pillows were saggy and old and didn't offer support. I couldn't find a trash can in the room. Breakfast was very underwhelming.

The room was great. Hotel in good shape. But the handicap button for the door did not work. Thankfully neither my husband or myself weren’t in a wheel chair but this did make bringing in heavy luggage a struggle. There was no cart to use. The front desk said they had one but didn’t know where it was and didn’t seem to care as we struggled in and had to make multiple trips. My husband is 85 and they watched us and didn’t make an effort to find the cart or help. I know it’s not their job but you’d think common courtesy would come into play.

I was moving between states and changed my arrival time about twice, which they told me was fine. Eventually I told staff I would arrive after checkout time the next morning but asked if they could facilitate me taking a shower. I thought this was the least that they could have done since I didn't use the room I had paid for. Even if they had me use the shower from another vacated room, that would have been fine. I was met with a resounding no. They just lost more business I will be bringing to the area. For sure.
