We stayed 5 days place was clean and nice

Good location, close to restaurants. It was nice to have a couch to sit on with a nice ottoman. Bed was not as comfortable as I like. It was fine. Needs painting and repairs. The lock on my door was damaged and took patience to open. It would show it was unlocked but you would have to try multiple times to get it open. The door lock looked like it had been damaged. The desk chair was very old. The microwave looked like it needed replaced.

The room was nice and clean, but the hallways and common areas were shabby. The fitness center was not up to par.

Everything was ok not extremely good but not bad to stay for one or two nights

When we arrived, the mini fridge was still full of the previous guests' leftover food and drinks, and it was visibly dirty and messy. Housekeeping had already left for the day, so there was no one to take care of it. We were told nothing, offered nothing, and the fridge stayed that way until nearly 20 hours into our stay…. The bedding was no better. The sheets had visible spots and stains on them, which is not what you want to see when you are about to sleep. The bath towels had the same problem, with spots and marks that made them unpleasant to use. Also there was some bad smell in the room. A hotel should be able to get the basics right: a clean room, clean linens, and a fridge that is ready for the next guest. That clearly didn't happen here, and it made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no quality check between guests and no effort to fix things promptly once we noticed. I would not stay here again, and would suggest looking elsewhere in the Dublin area.

This was the most run down and dirty place I’ve ever stayed. Housekeeping was terrible. Key cards had to be redone every time we left and returned. The door jam was broken so we couldn’t get the door open and I hurt my hand trying to open it. The rollaway bed when opened was urine soaked and my son had to leave and stay elsewhere. This was just a terrible experience for us that won’t be repeated again.

Worth staying if it’s the only place with rooms. Not dirty, but not clean either.

The breakfast was wonderful

The hotel lacked cleanliness, the elevator was out of order, the room door was misaligned and was difficult to open and close. This hotel is overrated. Additionally, the hotel did not have the incidental charges to be covered on record and kept asking for my credit card to cover them. They eventually relented.

Staff was not helpful during check in. Room was filthy and has to wait 45mins to be told there were no other rooms to move to. Resulting in having to find a new hotel.

Pleasant

When we got there the elevator was out. They put us on the 3rd floor and we were staying for over a week. We had to ask for ground floor because we had too much stuff to lug up the stairs and I have respiratory issues. They begrudgingly gave us a 1st floor room. The room was not clean. Every plug was covered by furniture. The whole time we were there no one came to clean our room. We had to continuously ask for towels. The power was out for over 24 hours during our stay as well. Staff seemed to always be away or busy on their personal phones. Sometimes our keycards worked on the side entrances and sometimes they didn't. At other times the doors weren't locked at all. We had to keep emptying our own trash so it didn't overflow and we bought our own toilet paper since no one was coming to clean or restock. The bed was horrible and felt like you were sleeping on a slab. We had a king size but they used a queen sized quilt on it so it didn't even cover the sides. There was a gigantic hole torn into the base of the bed. The pillows were standard sized and so flat that 3 of them didn't even equal one normal one. It was the most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had in a hotel

Property was clean The front desk with the short arm has a problem with certain ppl! She has no personality or ppl skills what so ever! Just a rude lil person!!!

Very dirty, cricket in the room, dinged halls and disgusting floors

Nothing Front desk was unbelievably rude. Elevator did not work. Lost power multiple times. Has nothing to do with weather.

It was a clean room, friendly staff, and we enjoyed the breakfast they had available. Quiet stay and the blackout shades in the room are very very nice. Well lit parking lot in my opinion and felt safe and comfortable
