Home 2 Suites By Hilton Dothan

The facility was clean, in a good location and the staff members was great. Upon arriving the facility was having a/c problems and we were relocated to 4 rooms over the weekend before getting into a comfortable room. Just about every bed seemed to be worn and uneven except the final night staying. However, throughout all of this the staff was very accommodating and tried fixing the our concerns.

It was very clean and quiet. The lady up front was amazing. Nothing.

Exceptional

Thank you :)

Breakfast was wonderful each morning and was served for many hours which accommodated our family when we had several schedules going! Location was prime, close to a lot of stores and restaurants, and close to the soccer complex that we were going to every day! The room was spacious enough to provide plenty of space for our family of 5 and the kitchenette was wonderful to have for our stay! I would suggest a change machine for the laundry room since the machines only take quarters! There were a lot of sports families in town and staying at the hotel so the laundry room got used quite a bit!

Dirty place

Comfortable and clean

Everything was wonderful Breakfast Hotel and Staff

Clean. Even though Hilton check in system had a world wide outage, the one and only front desk worker showed us to a room, manually checked us in, and she could not have been nicer under a hectic situation. She was the best.

Exceptional

Breakfast wasn't the greatest Cleanliness of the room

No shower curtain and no shower gel in the shower.

The bathroom shower flooded the bathroom due to the tiling not being correct and pushing the water to the drain.

Had an issue with my TV but the staff was knowledgable and helpful in trying to fix it and moved my room when it could not be. Thanks for being amazing.
