Hilton Garden Inn Dothan

Breakfast took long & not enough pillows

The bartender was very nice. The rooms need updated.

Very good

Breakfast was excellent and fast.

It served the purpose we needed it for on a short notice. It could use an update but it was fine for a one night stay.

I gave 3 stars for the staff, because they disappeared from the front desk when I was trying to check out. Other than that it was a great stay.

The staff was nice, we had a room very close to the entrance, they had a pack and play available for our baby to sleep in. It was very clean The bed (king) was super hard. The sheets were scratchy. There were 4 small pillows. I didn’t ask for more so I don’t know if they would have given more. I was surprised it was so uncomfortable

My stay was great. Easy quick check in with pleasant front desk staff. Clean room. Friendly bartender. Quiet facilities. I'd stay here again.

Rooms clean, food great, bar nicely priced. We didn't try the breakfast. Building exterior could use a little soft wash, but everything works. Great service.

Stayed here multiple times and each time was perfect!! Staff was very helpful!

Disappointing

The bathrooms could be cleaner, we have stayed here alot and almost every bathroom has mold or buildup in showers

The lack of cleanliness, the bed sheets. The bed was poorly dressed.

Good breakfast, beautiful lobby, loved bar and ability to get dinner at hotel to avoid getting back into the car after a long car ride. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean

Hotel was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I did not get room that was reserved, but it was still ok.

Great location and beautiful lobby. Ample parking. Our room was clean but could use some updating and renovating, There was mold on the shower doors, some fixtures were rusty and the sheets were worn and should be replaced. Staff was friendly but not forthcoming with information. Had to ask about wifi, coffee, etc. I mistakenly thought breakfast was included, but there were many restaurants nearby.

We always stay at Hilton Garden Inns because they are pet friendly and have an onsite restaurant.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good location and clean. AC unit was very loud when it kicked on and the TV color was very bad and couldn’t be adjusted.

Great place to stay very clean and friendly staff especially Jerri at front check in desk.
