Valet parking was great. Staff assisted with everything needed to make for a smooth stay. Nate was very kind and provided great representation. It smells very clean, beds are super comfy and there are great amenities. I would recommend this location and will stay again when in the area.

We should’ve been made aware that their rooftop is closed after Labor Day

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing. They helped us with every possible thing we could have needed. The steak sandwich is amazing! Definitely coming back.
-
The hotel is clean and the staff was wonderful. The cleaners forgot to put towels but service brought it quickly. It’s only valet parking. Not too safe as it’s Detroit.

Room smelled like cleaning supplies and floor was a little sticky. Could have had them re-mop but was too lazy.

First class service. Worth every penny I spent. Safe and secure property management well kept.

Layout was weird. Staff was okay. Floors in the room were sticky. Located away from downtown. Not terrible - not great
