The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit

Location Room to far from elevators

The Westin is a wonderful hotel! The area surrounding is a bit more rough than other hotels I’ve been to in Detroit. However, the hotel more than makes up for it. Beautiful rooms and friendly knowledgeable staff. It was overall a great experience!

Great overall

The staff was amazing, however was unable to contact them by phone so I had to physically walk down to the desk. Hotel was very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds, conveniently located, would recommend

The room and pool were clean I paid for premium king with views, its clear I was in a regular deluxe king room. There is no way you have smaller rooms than the room I had. I also paid for views and was only on the 8th floor there was 20 something floors you'd think I would be higher up. The black lady seemed irritated every time I simply asked her a question the manager and other gentleman seemed nice. I paid for wifi but still couldn't connect from my phone, I didn't even bother calling back because like I mentioned the woman was irritated everytime I asked her a question. The room was clean pool was nice but didn't like that I spent all that money to be on the 8th floor, I would return but no point in purchasing a better room if im going to be put anywhere regardless

Beautiful room, great stay!

.Awesome breakfast at the Haus

Room was nice size, parking should have been free, valet was slow decided to park ourselves and the directions and parking structure fees could have been better. hotel room was nice size, bathroom was awesome. Floor 23 wonderful.. breakfast on that floor was awesome too..

Great location, all the staff except 1 person were helpful and friendly.

Exceptional

Pool was very nice and the hot tub was great. The staff was nice and friendly. Could have used more information about the layout of the hotel and the amenities. Used the valet for our stay and it was easy and convenient. Would stay here again.
