Beds need to be replaced and the elevator smells of urine. Place needs work staff is nice just needs some polishing

This place definitely needs some love. The showered in any of the restrooms didn’t work and the ants outside were outrageous, some other things but those were just our biggest issues . Other then that amazingly beautiful property

The place is fair for the price we paid but it’s a bit weathered and a little musty. I got frustrated went to get ice for my wife who has a sprained ankle and none of the ice machines worked. I went to the front desk and no one was there to help.

My son and I only stayed here one night but the beds are super comfortable, the room was clean and large and the resort is very pretty. We would definitely come back!

the room smelled of cigarette smoke the shower did not run hot , not even warm really and it wouldn’t turn off the front desk staff was rude This place is ghetto all the way but the pools are wonderful . I say stay somewhere else but get a day pass .

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We forgot to bring some cutlery, and they were more than happy to help us right away. Such a wonderful place with great service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
