No ironing board, not a deal breaker and I didn’t call the front desk to see if I could borrow one so might have been an option. We checked in later in the evening, around 9pm and while there was someone in the office, it was not your typical check in - didn’t have to show ID or present my CC. Breakfast was an odd time, only 8:30-10am which may be typical for the area but did not work for our schedule so we never got to enjoy it. When our family came to check in the following day, also late but during stated lobby hours, no one was there and I had to call the after hours line to check them in and it was a bit relaxed the same as we had the day prior. I also had to ask about how to access the courtyard from the parking lot as I had not previously been given the gate code. It was very quiet during our stay, not sure how occupied the property was but I would guess not more than 1 or 2 other rooms based on how full the parking lot was. Overall a decent value for what we paid.

This property was very nice and clean. Very intimate setting, the pool was great the spa was better in my opinion!!! The jets were excellent!!! Will definitely be coming back when in the area.

No iron in the room, but the other things were amazing.

We went out for my wife's birthday yesterday. We got a flat tire on the way and were an hour and a half late but still arrived about 5:30. We were told that they would be there until 9. We were locked out when we arrived. Another guest let us in. We called manager for a half hour before she answered. She finally gave us a room remotely but there was no air conditioner on or remote. We called again, were given a new room but it was over a hundred degrees inside! No one had turned the a.c. on. The room didn't cool down until about three in the morning. When we complained the manager said she had a tough time finding reliable staff. In the morning I saw a foreclosure notice taped to the pool door, my wife asked manager and she said property had been sold. It is a lovely property with a good nightly rate and the rooms were very nice but the service was so bad I will never return. Also the guests smoking endless cigarettes at the pool was a real drag.

Had multiple dead bugs in the room Mold in the main pool, and lots of it all along the bottom and sides. Spoke with manager and sent pictures, she was appalled but then never answered any calls from Expedia to confirm the refund. I did not stay the night here because of how grossed out I was.

We arrived ~8:20pm; the sign says the office is open until 4:30; so we called the number listed. We rec'd the code for a lockbox attached, and found our room key (card) inside. The room was very nice, clean, quiet. No washcloths. Three issues: the water in the shower was only luke warm at 6:30am; barely warm enough. 2nd, the continental breakfast does not start until 8:30am; too late for us. 3rd, the gate to exit is locked; there is a red button to push to unlock the gate. BUT, it did not work! I had to fenagle the lock w/a CC to exit! Lucky. Sadly, we were not able to check out the pool. But as mentioned, the room was nice, clean, and quiet.

My husband and I desperately needed a quick break from our hectic schedules, and this overnight stay was exactly what we needed. From the moment we checked in, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and welcoming. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and felt like a true sanctuary. We spent a wonderful, uninterrupted evening just relaxing and reconnecting. It’s amazing how much a one-night getaway can recharge your batteries when the setting is this perfect. We will definitely be back!

We stay here because it is close to our building project . The staff are excellent and the hot mineral water pool is heavenly !

**The Good:** The mineral pool and jacuzzi were nice and warm, and the property is pet-friendly. Check-in was smooth thanks to Andy, who was very helpful. While the building is older, it’s nicely renovated and well-maintained. **The Bad:** The AC in one room was weak, so check yours if you are sensitive to temperature. Also, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, though it's fine if you have a car and stay on-site. **The Disappointments:** Breakfast was a major letdown. The breakfast hours are already late (8:30-10:00 AM), but no food or staff arrived until 9:00 AM. The hotel was completely unstaffed overnight and in the morning. Andy, who worked the night shift, actually had to come back in to help make basic toast and coffee. To top it off, the phone number on the front door was out of service. When we finally reached the manager, she promised to "take care of us" and took my contact info, but I still haven't heard back. Great pools, but terrible management and communication.

Peaceful and quiet. Huge room comfortable bed. Big pool and jacuzzi. Could have used more breakfast options. TV was difficult to figure out if your not tech savvy.

Staff was really nice. Andy and Tracy were very accommodating and kind. They had a nice little breakfast and coffee out each morning. No stress or issues. Room was very clean and private. Quiet and cozy vibes to the property.. Not crowded. Hot tub was large and hot, didn’t smell like bleach. Pool was crisp and cool and a nice dip to refresh yourself. I definitely recommend trying the place out. Great value on the weekdays.

Very nice place, especially for this area. You feel sucluded, resort like even. There are a few hiking trails minutes away, a very good indian restaraunt down the street and everything in palm springs is 15-20 min away. Breakfast is meh, but good enough.
