Any positive review of this hotel is an AI bot or written by the franchisee. This hotel is disgusting, the room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty. As soon as you enter the building it reeks of cigarettes and marijuana. I know its Denver and drugs are in favor, but you should be able to go to a hotel and not have to smell it, it made me nauseous. The franchisees of this hotel clearly do not have any standards at all. Possibly the worst experience I've had in my adult life. The front counter staff is rather rude behind the plexiglass barrier above the counter. To top it all off, they advertise breakfast, but it's just packaged items and coffee. Wyndham should be ashamed to have any franchised hotel in such poor management and condition.

Absolutely nothing. It was awful!!!!!! The bed had not been cleaned, there was cockroaches all over the walls. I told the lady at the front desk she told me she would let her boss know and then proceeded to snub me and act nasty

Nothing I got a non-smoking room and the whole floor and all the room smell like smoke including the sheets so i pulled the sheets off, asked for new sheets and when we took off the sheets and the comforter cover, there was blood stains on both beds. There was spiders on the beds little spiders. I took pictures of all these hair in the shower and urine all over by the toilet. I am speaking with my bank and your managers to get a refund completely unacceptable. I did not sleep.

The price was good for short notice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sparse but decent enough for a quick thing on the go. I found a roach, and I also had to sign a conditions sheet for my dog that I included not being able to leave my dog in the room or they would call animal services to have him removed. Seems excessive especially with a crate.

Breakfast was poor at best. Limited selection of food and long wait a fit the waffle iron because there was only one. Place is generally run down and the cigarette and pot smell in the halls was overwhelming

I stayed at this hotel for 19 days, and I want to report the situation to Booking.com: the place is dirty and infested with insects (such as cockroaches), and the service is substandard. They did not clean the room daily; even after I raised these issues with them, they failed to respond. They seem interested only in collecting payment rather than providing proper hotel services. As for breakfast, there was neither bread nor milk—only a few meager items—and all the guests were complaining about this. It is a disgrace to the hotel owner, and I would like you to take action to address this with him.

I'm only giving this place as high of stars as I am because the staff obviously care about trying to take care of this rundown establishment full of addicts. Also because the breakfast was better than I expected. The location is crazy. It's surrounded by tents and people opening doing drugs. It's next door to multiple places that look to be squatted in. KEEP YOUR VALUABLES WITH YOU. Also the stains on the wall of my room seriously looked to be from someone getting unalived.

My first room literally had roaches. They were dead but still, and one little live one. The next room they transferred me too though was newly renovated I could tell by the new appliances so obviously it was fine. Staff was as expected. Definitely hound you though right before checkout, and I asked for a late checkout (was given till 12pm which is fine) but they knocked on my door twice in the span of an hour 💀

Good affordable pricing I immediately felt unsafe walking into office to check in but completed check in and went to look at room thinking it could just be that area that was like that. The room was literally in the darkest corner of the building down a dark hallway where the only light was from the outside door leading in to that section of the building. The room was very musty, bed, and furniture broken down and bathroom was clean but raggedy. I cancelled my booking with the quickness and found somewhere else to stay. I did not feel safe even inside. This motel is on the side of town with a large presence of people on the streets and it is very dirty in this area.
