DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver

Staff were great and friendly. My kids loved Mr. Charles, at the front desk and the three ladies working the lunch crowd. The hotel was clean and the pool was open!

The hotel appeared to have been remodeled. The rooms were clean and updated. The parking was very limited. It seemed that there were multiple events happening at the hotel, and we had to park in the back of the hotel, which was rather dark.

Refrigerator in room did not keep food cold or frozen.

Very nice hotel. Room is very clean and staff friendly. Full meal service is available, and Starbucks is within the hotel. Plenty of parking.

Restaurant was great. Great food. Front desk ok. Room was very nice.

Not one bad thing to say. But they have they have the smallest elevators. So if your claustrophobic. It might be a deal breaker

Nice balcony, great view, AC was great, the art was amazing.

The cookies are always a nice touch but when I got to the room the bathtub had debris in it and the staff checking me in were bad-mouthing other guests that were either on the phone or being helped at another desk which was unprofessional.

Was Pretty amazing just didn't like the fact they took a deposit out of my bank account and have not seen in my bank yet and was not told prior this would happened. That was not planned

If you could just pick this hotel up and move it to a better location it would be great. There’s an electric sign on the road outside the property that warns you to take belongings out of your vehicle and lock up. Not the best welcome to an area. This place really is as nice as the photos show. Staff members were friendly, lovely cafe and coffee shop and bar, comfortable rooms.

If you have second thoughts about this hotel, don't. Off the get go the staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bar and finally the sports lounge. Cleanliness was honestly really good, beds and pillows felt like clouds. I already mentioned the bar and sports lounge right? Personally, a first time seeing that for myself and it was excellent. Drink wise and the food? Definitely worth it and delicious. Not reheated slop. If you need a hotel that is excellent for everything, this is it. 15/10

The snack counter is convenient, I could get tea, pizza etc quickly.

The tub drain would back up during a shower, needs cleaning/clog maintenance.
