The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area for our puppy to do her business was close and easy to get to. One problem we had was the step into the room was about 10 inches high and a tripping hazard. The second problem was the kitchen needed to be restocked as it had one pot, 2 broiler pans and with the utensils there were only two forks. The third was the shower would only go on half way.

The private beach was great and our room had an ocean view. But the property is a bit run-down

No hangers in closet, no remote for TV. Small room old and dingy. Bed uncomfortable. Nice view of ocean from outside area.

The pool, hot tub, beach, and friendly staff made the stay well worth it. We were truly able to relax. Close by is several great restaurants, Hyannis, shopping and tours, we will stay here again. Just wish the room was bigger and the facility needs a few very minor improvements. All in all, very nice.

They gave us a room on the back next to laundry room very small bathroom and tub was very high bumped my leg trying to get in Run down room carpets were ripped and dirty we had to through our socks away beautiful outside views had plenty of other good rooms but we didn’t get

The location was perfect...right on the beach. The rooms were spacious. The pool area was a great spot to sit and relax. The rooms were a bit dated. The shower was broken and had barely any water pressure and the water was luke warm.
