Everything. The location is great, very convenient to the central cape. Nice comfy room that was always clean. The owner is helpful and friendly.

The location was right near the water and close to the event I was staying for. The staff was excellent, kind and friendly and the room we had was perfect. Very clean and the decor was great. I rated comfortable lower only because the bed was a little hard and that is probably a little nitpicky. The room itself is comfortable.

The tub was very slippery and did not have any hand railings. My friend and I used the tub for quick hand washing. Thank goodness we did not go swimming in the ocean. The pool was nice. We were unable to find a local TV channel for news and weather. This was the time to say, "Thank God for Cell Phone Apps".

We booked last minute for a wedding, the accommodations were simple with everything you need. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the location was fantastic. The value is good in comparison to most things at the time available in Cape Cod

The hotel was clean and close to a small beach. Pat the owner was friendly and helpful. Anita our housekeeper was sweet. She left some balloons and a paper to congratulate my granddaughter .on her high school graduation. The lodge is charming. We will definitely come back. The location is great.
