Exceptional

Absolutely nothing Pretty much everything about this hotel once beyond the lobby is 20 years out of date, from the finishes, the mattress, the bathroom etc etc
-
Disappointing
-
AT the airport, quick and easy for tired travelers. The shower design allowed water to go all over the bathroom floor, water was not contained in shower area.
-
The staff was helpful and friendly.
-
Free toiletries at desk.

Nice place all around!

Property is convenient within the Airport. Room amenities can be improved - toilet paper is low quality. Trashcan with no linings is a little disappointing esp if it's dirty. Only 1 trash can in the room is not enough either. 1 small bottle of lotion is not adequate. Front desk clerk during the check in is wonderful though. Housekeeping is a little noisy in the hallway so early in the morning esp for someone that check in late and wants to get some good sleep, they can be mindful. Requested late check out which was granted and wonderful but before the allotted time housekeeping already knocking when are we checking out.
