Location is so perfect for a connecting flight the following day. Restauant and bar food exceptional, as well as bartenders and staff. Manager of hotel was exceptional in helping get a room when my flight was cancelled. Definitely will stay here every time coming through DFW.

Peaceful, helpful staff, great room service. No food shops close by.
-
Our room was comfortable and very well appointed. The front desk staff was helpful in offering items that we needed. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the property. We would definitely stay here again since it’s so convenient to the airport.

-
The food and the rooms. The staff. Except for the first concierge upon my arrival and the server during my lunch. The rest were terrible, inattentive with lack of hospitality. The concierge upon my departure/check out didn’t hand properly my bill she was so disrespectful as well as the server during my breakfast he was terrible.

We were stuck in DFW with no luggage. The Grand Hyatt was an excellent choice! The hotel is exceptional in its luxury and service. The staff got us toiletries and we enjoyed a late dinner. The room was beautiful and comfortable.
