Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas NW HWY - Love Field by IHG

Truck parking in rear. Good WiFi

Only negative, the parking. I had to park far away and navigating my luggage to and from my vehicle was inconvenient, as there was no ramp accessible in the back parking area. When lifting luggage up onto the curb of the walkway I reimbursed my left elbow. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Always love the HI Express Suites properties.

We booked this room for a one night stay on Aug 8th on our way through because it included breakfast and was decently priced. The hotel itself was clean, bed was comfortable but our truck was vandalized and not sure if it was done by an inside employee. We were the only F150 in the front of the parking lot under a bright light just out the front door to the left and the cut our tonneau cover all the way across and stole both of our taillights in under 2 minutes and they were caught in hotel camera but not their faces. Why I say it might be an inside job, because the hotel parking security had just got off duty around 4-5am and the incident took place at 6:04am. Receptionist was helpful in getting us the police phone number and the manager as well with giving the video to the police. Needless to say we did not get breakfast so not sure how well that was.

The staff we're very friendly and helpful. However, there was a bug on my way to my room and then when I got into my room, there was also a cockroach, which really was not something I wanted to see you before I went to bed.

Staff and facility were amazing. I enjoyed visiting with staff.

Newer hotel. Nothing fancy, but perfect to not have to drive all the way home after a long night out.

Always stay here...friendly staff

We enjoyed everything about our stay, including the cleanliness, roominess, breakfast, closeness to restaurants, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Front desk friendly as soon as I walked in. On level 5 top level...no noise anywhere was nice.

Everything was great

Breakfast is great, beds are comfy, the room is a nice size, and the pool is fun.

My room was dirty, thermostat not controllable, bad experience all around Everything

Staff very friendly and clean rooms...

This place is REALLY nice! It feels like a luxury hotel at half the price. Highly recommend. Close to Papasitos. From Dallas Love field on 12, turn left at the Wendy's.

Close proximity to the venue I visited.
