Comfort Suites NW Dallas Near Love Field

The property and staff is great!

The elevator has been out for years, but they act like it just happened and insist on giving you a 3rd flr room

Solo que el establecimiento está muy saturado Pero la verdad si regreso a istalarme con un ustedes 🙏

good place to stay at Ac was blading

Just to preface our trip, my wife and I brought our Aunt and her husband for her surgery, both with their own medical issues. 6 hour drive, pre surgery appt and get to the hotel to find the elevator is out of service, shouldn't be an issue as I requested an accessible room on the first floor. Get to the room and the ceiling is covered in black mold, Go get a different room which is on the 3rd floor, this room also has signs of an water leak on the ceiling too. Busted outlets, bathroom door wouldn't close, no linens in the room for the fold out couch so another trip downstairs. No linen service next day either. Breakfast was okay, no juice in the machine, only warm eggs served, everything else was okay, but just barely.

Terrible communication and no help at all

It was really loud and had a lot going on at 3,am

I stayed 2 nights with my friends. Based on that experience, there are two things you consider. First a air conditioner is too noisy when you sleep. Second if you want to housekeeping, you would be better to say that to the receptionist.

AREA and lots of traffic elevators don’t work

No irons, had to ask for them at the front. Went to a party, came back past midnight, there’s a lot of action going on in the parking lot. I think there’s a gentleman’s club nearby. FYI…

Elevator needs fixed.

Let us check in an hour early. Made sure to give us towels. My setback was coach/pull out bed was dirty and stained so unable to use it. Also they charged me $9 for 3 12ox water bottles and there was no where I could fill my cup so I ended up paying it.

Elevators don’t work washer and dryers don’t work and pool was green and no ice machine working on the second floor

I was told I would get my $100deposit back next day and it’s already Wednesday and I got room Saturday night and still haven’t got my money back

Traveler beware. The room was decently nice as pictured but lacked being fully stocked. Called the front desk over 10 times with no answer finally going all the way to the front desk to get the missing item. Each day my key card stopped working after 4:00 p.m. even though I was scheduled for 3 nights. The second night the key card wasn't working there was no one maintaining the front desk for over 20 minutes. Call in the number listed no one answered. Other customers coming by to purchase from the drink / snack kiosk that tired of writing and walked off with the products without paying. Good morning breakfast is 100% carbs so beware. And there was only one working ice machine in the whole complex when I arrived and within one day it was not working as well. All I was told was someone was coming to fix it which they never did. Staff seems to have all the right words to say when complaining about something but nothing ever becomes of it, just same old same old

My main issue with them is that I've stayed there multiple times within the last six months. The elevator has been broken since I've been staying there. It's a HUGE inconvenience.

Location ok, elevator not in service, muy room had blood stains in towels, drapes , fridge not working, smells moldy

The elevator is out of order the washer and dryer out of order the ice machine only works on the 1st floor the pool was out of order my refrigerator didn’t work but the staff was great

Staff were helpful

they gave us a room with two queen beds and one sofa, bed. The sofa bed was disgusting. The sheets on the beds were disgusting The pool not as clean. The food was all right however, when we tried to leave to go get dinner, there was prostitutes everywhere I wouldn't recommend if you plan to stay at this location you don't bring kids along because these prostitutes were literally half naked and I know it's not the hotel's fault but the location where it's at I do not recommended if you have kids
