Room was very clean, staff met any needs of our family and breakfast was good for us. The hotel functioned very good with some renovations on going. Plenty of parking and close to many restaurants and close to the bay.

Mayela at the front desk was very professional in her appearance (which in this day and age is rare) and she was super helpful and so friendly. Great asset to your hotel.

Tried to charge $25 to check in hour early. Room key not coded correctly and milk was frozen in pitcher at breakfast. Would not stay there again.

Checked in early and the clerk advised us of an early check in charge. The Manager heard the conversation and waived the charge. I was only an hour early. We greatly appreciated his consideration. Will visit again.
