Person who checked us in and was super nice, I can’t remember his name, but he had dark curly hair and was young. Everybody was very helpful with any questions that we had. Will stay there again when we go back. We went for a college tour for my granddaughter, who has been accepted to Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Pillows were so soft I couldn’t sleep very well. I have Nick and Back issues, next time I will bring my own pillow. Bed was very comfortable.

The air condition broke and was making a lot of noise, this happened early in the morning 6 am, didn't bother to call it in, but I forgot to reported.

Everyone was super friendly ! The bartenders are great people and definitely made some good drinks ! The lighting in the restroom was not the best. It was super dark in there

Upon arrival at hotel the music at the entrance was blaring so loud that my wife could hear me talking to her. The music played 24 hrs a day, it was soft rock but the volume was way too high. The room was clean and in good condition, and well stocked. We stayed our first night, woke up the next morning and went to have breakfast. They have a buffet but charge $15 per person, mind you this is not a fresh prepared breakfast, it was pre packaged frozen typical hotel food. They also had continental breakfast. For $180 per night youd think breakfast would be included. We left for the day and returned to our room @ 6pm the 2nd day, our room had not been attended to, no fresh towels, coffee not restocked nothing! Very disappointed in the service at this hotel.

I love staying here, when I’m coming through town, the distance between JP Luby and Downtown is choice. Excellent rooms

Air-conditioning did not work well pillows for bed were very uncomfortable. Old mushy. Vehicle got broken into people at front desk did not relieve even care. No security cameras, no on-site security

We enjoyed the pool. I had a few interactions with staff that weren't satisfactory. I had one staff named chastity that was our saving grace. I should have taken some pictures but there was a few things messed up in the room. The bathroom door had the hook ripped off to hang the towel and by the window the siding was coming off the wall.

The first room we was in the microwave didn't work! So they moved us yo another room.
