Clean room and great breakfast.

The initial room we were assigned to seemed like someone had been smoking for days in it, so we called the front desk to let them know and they were able to get us in a new room with in minutes. The second room was perfectly fine. Breakfast was ok. The staff was kind and very helpful in getting us into a new room in a timely manner, We would stay here again.

Pros: The hotel is very Aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. Inside and out. Staff was great. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Cons: The little side lights on the bed didn't work. The tv worked for like 10 minutes and after that was never able to get it back on. The shower water pressure wasn't the best and the water gets all over the floor due to how the shower door doesn't seal shut. I'm not sure if this happens all the time but I booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at the hotel to check in, KiKi at the front desk mentioned to me that she had to give me a room with 2 queen beds because the King rooms were sold out but the system was allowing people to still book King rooms. Turns out we realized like after a day the beds we got weren't even queen beds, they were full size lol. My cons list was rather lengthy but we really enjoyed the stay. The cons were minor inconveniences however did keep me from giving an excellent rating but we would stay there again!

Expensive, but it was a holiday weekend. Other prices were lower; however, the rating was higher.

Convenient location Breakfast wasn’t that great

A little banged up for a relatively new hotel, baseboards were a bit dirty and bed had a pretty big dip in the middle. The gym was actually pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised by breakfast - it was nice to see some gluten free options! Overall a pretty comfortable stay.

We spent the night there with our 3 grandchildren. The kids loved the indoor pool although the water was freezing and the pool was pretty small. Breakfast was a buffet and the breakfast area was large and comfortable. Staff was really nice and very kid friendly.

Breakfast was good, and I especially loved the quiche! The eggs, however, were not quite as impressive. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would certainly stay here again.

The room and facility was great. My daughter loved the pool and fitness center. I will be utilizing again in the future.

GFI outlet in bath did not work. Shower lacked pressure and leaked on the floor.

The air conditioner had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which made it seem like the filter or unit was overdue for maintenance. Throughout the night, the refrigerator repeatedly made loud popping noises, making it difficult to get uninterrupted sleep. The biggest issue occurred Sunday morning. My room was on the first floor, directly near a meeting room where church services were being held. The music was loud enough to wake me up several times. Since I had worked overnight, I was trying to sleep during the morning, so the noise was especially disruptive. The staff was courteous, but the maintenance issues and noise made for a disappointing stay. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

Breakfast was great, beds comfortable. The front desk manager was helpful. The hotel worked with us when we had to change our check-in date due to our flight cancelation.

This is a nice establishment. Everything was clean, staff was amazing, the breakfast was excellent.
