The Columbus Hilliard Hotel

We only had 2 towels our first day. We could not find anyone to help us. The bar was never opened

Very nice stay for the price! Pleasantly surprised. They need outside signage, it was hard to determine the right place at night time!

Great building and located with easy access to the interstate system. Friendly staff and clean facility.

lobby is fine... but the weirdest pool/gym setup i have ever seen Parking LOT is atrocious. i blew a tire hitting a pothole in their parking lot. it's a huge drain.. not even a pothole.. but it was 6 am.. couldnt see.... so beware. got nothing done and didnt get to see cleints due to having to run back and forth. Very frustrating visit.

We had an issue with our hotel room (it was not cleaned from the previous guest) but thankfully, the manager and the front desk staff from the next morning were great and helped to make the rest of our stay comfortable.

Room was updated and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was clean and fairly large, possibly remodelled recently. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice, sizeable and clean. The hotel grounds could use some sprucing up. Pretty sure this is a former Marriot property.

This hotel is clean and safe but was built for a different clientele than stay there now. We were upgraded to a suite which was well-appointed but there was a phone near the toilet which was a status symbol in the 1970s. The whole place felt like it used to be a buzzing location with lots of convention traffic but now is wildly oversized for its limited numbers of guests. But I'd stay there again because it was quiet and met all our other needs.

Hotel experience was great.

This hotel is going through a transition, so no amenities, but the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Pool was ok if all you were doing was swimmingi..our rooms shower ceiling tiles fell into the bathtub bc of the ceiling leaking from the room above .front desk said they would send someone but no one came.

Clean room and staff friendly

The hotel is in a state of remodeling. But the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, easy to park.

This hotel was being renovated. The main lobby was fresh and well laid out. The room was definitely dated. Hopefully they can complete the renovation quickly.

Quiet and very clean. Pool is big! Rooms very nice. Spacious for a hotel room

The hotel was hard to identify because there was just a big “C” on the outside. But the rooms were fabulous. And the staff was wonderful.

Large hotel apparently it was changing Hands we were there just to sleep so it meant our needs but out of the 430 rooms there might’ve been five occupants and us being three of them would not go back hopefully whoever bought it renovates has the potential to be a very, very nice hotel beautiful indoor pool like I said would probably never return to it bad experience

Im not sure when the hotel changed to the Columbus Hilliard but when it was Courtyard by Marriott it was a very nice hotel! The hotel now is kind of ran down and doesnt feel very safe.

Over all a great place to stay

Very nice room, but I was unfortunately double charged and a lot of visitors were not accepted due to double booking.
