The location to Nationwide Arena I reserved a king room, when we went to our room it was a double bed. They didn’t have anymore king rooms available. They did take $50 off of my bill.
-
Hotel was overbooked so they were not able to give me a room. They rebooked me for a different hotel that was no longer in walking distance of the venue I was visiting. Rebooking took over an hour which then made me late for the concert I was attending.

The room was clean. Very understaffed. It took about 1/2 hr just to check in. Out of 3 elevators, only 1 would take us to our floor. Once on our floor, the carpet was old and dirty. It was even covered in broken glass at one point and although I informed the staff of the glass, not one person came to clean it. For all I know it could still be there to this day.

It would have been nice to know the exterior wall outside my room was being stripped and stucco applied. Quite loud at 9 am. Glad I was out all day.

The hotel itself was great, unfortunately I arrived at the hotel around 8pm and the room was not ready. Multiple people around me were having the same issue with some people getting doubled booked into the same rooms. (multiple people said that someone else was already in their assigned rooms) This led me to be paranoid all night that someone was going to try to come into my room.

Great stay!

Not the best experience we expected. The main hallways were pretty dirty and carpet was old. Then over the course of 2 nights say the police showed up twice for some separate incidents. Didn’t feel very comfortable with that. Nowadays I don’t get how they get the 4 stars rating with such conditions

The staff was excellent - very friendly. The lobby was great. The exercise room was nice. The location was good. However, the 7th floor hallway carpet needed to be replaced years ago. My individual room smelled like the maids had used a moldy rag to clean the bathroom before I checked in. The room had a foul smell the entire 4-day stay. The maid-service was bad: (1) failed to service my room despite requesting service from a maid on my floor and talking to the maid-service coordinator on the phone; and (2) the maids left trash bags and dirty linens in the hallway.

Lovely hotel, very clean the staff was so helpful and polite. Highly recommend 10/10!
-
Location and valet was convenient Cable TV did not work. No flexibility on check in time and there was an entire lobby full of people waiting for it to be exactly 4pm to check in. The line formed and the wait was long. Old drinks in the fridge. Small window in the room felt like a jail cell

When we finally made it to our room, it was outdated with cheap, well worn furniture. Nothing in the loft building was dusted or decorated. Just blank dusty shelves throughout the building. It was an absolute joke and I’ll be staying anywhere else next time I go to Columbus. Ps they charge a destination fee that covers your wifi and amenities, and a $10 snack credit that’s virtually unredeemable.

Not good. Wrong size bed. Hotel under construction.

Great food in the restaurant

We moved rooms three times before we could stayed in one which still was not cleaned The second room we were moved into our bed was covered in long black hair. There wasn’t even a fitted sheet over the mattress protector it put a damper on our night
