Our stay at the Columbus Drury was great! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The 'Kickback' was a very pleasant surprise. The complimentary food and drinks were very good. I would recommend a stay at this hotel!
-
The hotel itself was great but I had a scary interaction with a young lady working at the small restaurant inside. I called and left a message for the manager but I did not receive a call back

Great place

My best friend and I came to Columbus for a concert. The staff at the desk were absolutely amazing. Very helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious. All around it was a great stay. A little pricey in my opinion and I don’t believe parking should have been extra but I would pay it again.
-
Great service, clean and great pool and hot tub. The free drinks with free dinner were great.
-
Our room either hadn’t been vacuumed or at least not well. A bag we brought was stained by grease left behind by a previous guest on a hotel restaurant flyer. Our room also only had one window which looked directly out into a floor level conference space. Good thing we noticed and closed the curtains. Staff were informed of the cleanliness issues, at check out, and we were told a manager would follow up, and at least after nearly five days, no contact.
-
Great staff and breakfast and dinner included was a bonus.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great on sight parking at a fair price. We will definitely be back.
