Before moving in the front desk was not willing to provide me the information i needed the day before I came in the city and had just hanged the phone up on me. I called back and he never picked up

Location, stuff I haven’t received my deposit back, and I haven’t been given any reason for why it hasn’t been refunded. I’ve also tried contacting the property several times, but I haven’t received any response.

0 out of 10. Dirty rooms,roaches, smelly sheets, incompetent front desk. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU. Beware if you book 3rd party they like to double charge you when you check in because they “can’t seem to find your reservation” they play stupid you’re better off sleeping on the street. Do not come here -0 out of 1

The bed and bathroom were clean. It was convenient to downtown. There was a very polite young man working the front desk the day we arrived. He was super helpful. The lady at the front desk was a real piece of work. She kept trying to charge my card over and over again. The place was filthy on the outside. Drugs, prostitution, the ppl that stayed there looked suspicious. The room next door had dogs that would not shut up the entire first night. We didn’t sleep.
